I'm Jacqueline Wills, founder of Wills Management Solutions and a management consultant with 15+ years of experience, including tenures at McKinsey & Company and Accenture. I founded WMS in 2024 with a deliberate focus on nonprofit strategic planning, bringing the same rigor I developed in corporate consulting to mission-driven organizations that need it most.

Earlier in my career, I also served on staff at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, supporting the operational infrastructure behind a national career advancement program for diverse professionals. That experience gave me an inside view of how mission-driven organizations run and what they need to run better.

My work with nonprofits includes facilitating board retreats and strategic planning workshops, leading stakeholder discovery processes, and developing multi-year roadmaps and governance frameworks that make strategy executable.

I hold an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Spelman College.

I also bring this work home. I serve as Board Chair of My Green Earth, a Metro Atlanta sustainability nonprofit, and as President-Elect of the Atlanta Chapter of National Alumnae Association of Spelman College, the largest chapter in the association. Being active in the Atlanta nonprofit community isn’t incidental to my consulting work. It informs it.
